AudioKit Pro ("we", "us", "our") built Metronome Hero ("the App") to help musicians improve their timing. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data. Metronome Hero processes all audio, MIDI, and scoring data entirely on your device. No personal information is transmitted to our servers.

3. Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's privacy practices are described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We may review aggregated, anonymized App Store analytics provided by Apple (such as download counts and crash reports), but these do not identify individual users.

5. Local Storage

The App stores your settings, session history, and trial status on your device using standard system APIs (UserDefaults, Keychain). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted externally.

6. iCloud Sync

Session history syncs via your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to AudioKit Pro or any third party.

7. Microphone Access

If you enable audio input mode, the App accesses your microphone to detect note onsets for timing scoring. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App does not require an account or any personal information to use.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective date" above.
