Getting Started

MIDI input — Connect a MIDI controller or electronic drum pad, then select MIDI as your input mode in Settings > Input.
Microphone input — Grant microphone access when prompted. The app detects note onsets in real time to score your timing.
Tap input — Tap anywhere on the visualization area to register hits. Great for practice without an instrument.

Subscription & Billing

Metronome Hero offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a monthly or annual subscription is required. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your payment information.

Troubleshooting

No sound — Check that your device is not in silent mode and that the volume is turned up. Verify the click sound is enabled in Settings > Metronome.
MIDI not detected — Ensure your MIDI device is connected and recognized by your device. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.
Microphone not working — Check that microphone permission is granted in your device's Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
Subscription not recognized — Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings > Subscription within the app.
