By downloading, installing, or using Metronome Hero ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Metronome Hero is a rhythm training application available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and as an AUv3 audio plugin. The App provides real-time timing feedback, scoring, and practice tracking for musicians.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula and these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Standard EULA takes precedence.
Metronome Hero offers auto-renewable subscriptions for continued access after a free trial period:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Metronome Hero includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AudioKit Pro does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioKit Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
All content, visuals, sounds, and code within Metronome Hero are the intellectual property of AudioKit Pro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Session data synced via iCloud is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessed by AudioKit Pro.
AudioKit Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
